A devoted race fan, Tifft spent his formative years following his father’s dirt late model team around the Midwest.
At age 11, he finally got the chance to race a go-kart at Barberton Speedway in Norton, Ohio. Since, Tifft has worked his way up the ranks, winning two Super Late Model races and earning 2012 ARCA Midwest Series Rookie of the year.
Experienced in both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and NASCAR XFINITY Series, Tifft continues to feverishly work his way up the ladder as a Joe Gibbs Racing development driver.
