Day finished second in his first-ever race among a field of 15 experienced competitors. From that point on he’s never looked back, winning numerous open wheel races and championships.
In 2015, the Isreali driver decided to test his skills in a stock car by competing in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. He proved to be an instant hit, finishing second in the series. Day ended the year dominating Circuit Zolder Finals weekend when he scored two wins on his way to capturing the Junior "Jerome Sarran" Trophy (NWES Rookie of the Year).
Day hopes to soon become the first Israeli NASCAR driver in the United States.
